The Offices are open from 9:00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. You will be able to contact us between these times. The offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays.

PLEASE NOTE – The above address is for administration only. Goods are not distributed from this address but are from our regional warehouses throughout the UK.
Placing an order could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. It will then pop up in your shopping basket on the right-hand side of the screen. If you change your mind there is always the ‘remove’ link, which will quietly dispose of the product without any fuss.
When you’re done browsing click the ‘Checkout’ button on the top right. We’ll then take you through our checkout process:
That’s all there is to it. We’ll reward you with an Order Confirmation page that covers all the details again.
All orders are subject to U.K Value Added Tax where applicable.
Next working day courier delivery is to UK mainland addresses only.
Delivery charges will apply based on order value (as follows).
Orders under £75.00 (excluding VAT) @ £8.95 + vat
Orders £75.00 & over (excluding VAT) free of charge
We do NOT deliver to The Isle of Man, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Scilly Isles, The Isle of Man or The Channel Islands.
We do NOT deliver to PO box addresses.
For next business day delivery, you need to place your order before 4:30 PM. Orders received on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays will be delivered on Tuesday.
Delivery times are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
DELIVERY UPSTAIRS: Please also be aware that the courier is contracted to deliver to the address stated on the order. Please include your relevant FLOOR number on the order.
We accept debit/credit card payments at checkout or for approved 30-days credit corporate accounts it’s simply a BACS payment.
We no longer accept payment by cheque.
Because of security reasons, we no longer display bank details here. Ask your sales contact for details.
1.1 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.
- ORDERING FROM US
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we process the order on confirmation that payment has been made
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
2.4 You are responsible for the safe disposal of any packaging that your goods arrive in, delivery drivers cannot take this away.
3.1 All prices EXCLUDE VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price inclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
- CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
4.1 Business customers may only cancel an accepted order with our consent on such terms as we shall determine, which may include, but shall not be limited to, the payment of a cancellation fee (equal to a minimum of 20% of the order value of the Goods involved).
4.2 You must contact us within 7 days of the arrival of the goods to notify us of a returns request or if there has been a delivery shortage/missing item. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you unless items are deemed to be faulty or damaged on arrival in which case collection will be arranged. All goods for return must be in a re-saleable condition, including relevant packaging and cases.
4.3 The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
(a) in the event that the product has been used;
(b) to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you;
This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will keep a copy of any email correspondence between us, to monitor our sales and customer service. We may also collect information about the pages of our Website you viewed during your visit. If you telephone us, we may record telephone conversations for quality control purposes.
