Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit or debit card payment from Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron. For total security we only accept your card information via Protx, our secure Internet payment provider.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Credit accounts (30 days from invoice date) TO OPEN A 30 DAY CREDIT ACCOUNT (subject to credit checks), simply e-mail our accounts department by clicking on the contact us link with your Company name, Company address, contact name, telephone number and Company regisration number. We normally respond within two working hours. Please note that we do not open credit accounts for 'one-off' orders except in the case of local authority departments and registered charities that can submit an original purchase order. We are pleased, however, to open credit facilities to corporate customers ordering consumable products on a regular basis,
For all sales made on credit, payment is due from you within thirty days from the invoice date.

Delivery Schedule We only deliver to UK Mainland addresses. We require a signature so please ensure someone is available .
We do NOT deliver to Eire, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Offshore Islands.
We do NOT deliver to PO box addresses.
For same day despatch you need to place your order before 4:30 PM.
We offer next working day. orders received on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays we will delivered on Tuesday.
Delivery times are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
REMOTE POSTCODES: A limited number of remote postcodes are subject to an additional delivery charge. We will notify you immediately if this applies to your order, and will only proceed with your approval.
DELIVERY UPSTAIRS: Please also be aware that the courier is contracted to deliver to the address stated on the order. Please include your relevant FLOOR number on the order.

Returns Policy Authorisation We are unable to accept the return of goods without prior consent and all returns will only be accepted with a valid returns authorisation number (RMA). Unauthorised goods will be refused. Refused goods must be collected within 30 days otherwise they will be disposed of.
Goods ordered in error It is acknowledged that goods are incorrectly ordered from time to time. At the discretion of Goldhawk Forms Ltd. these may be returned within 30 days of the date of the invoice providing goods are in a wholly saleable condition relative to product integrity, shelf life and packaging. These may be returned at the cost of the customer with suitable paperwork and details to enable a prompt processing of your credit note.
ALL SUCH RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE.
Faulty Returns Goods claimed to be faulty will be tested by Goldhawk Forms Ltd. and may require prior authorisation from the manufacturer before credit can be agreed. In such situations returns must be accompanied by a faulty evaluation form and print sample. Faulty goods in general and those compliant with the above are collected free of charge.
Damaged goods All deliveries received in a damaged condition should be signed for as damaged to enable a claim to be processed. Such claims must be logged with our Customer Care Department within 3 working days to be valid. Credit, where appropriate, will be issued upon receipt and evaluation, normally within 3 working days.
Short Shipment/Picking Error For a claim to be valid it must be logged with our Customer Care Department within 3 working days. At this point a Stock Check showing the goods short shipped will be sent to our warehouse. This procedure takes up to 24hrs. Once we have the results back you will contacted confirming or Unconfirming the Short shipment claim. Replacement goods will be dispatched same day as notification.
Collections Our Carriers should effect all collections within 48 hrs unless otherwise advised.
Expiry Date All Goldhawk Forms Ltd. returns authorisation numbers (RMA) carry a 14 day expiry date. The RMA is void after this date. Credits will not be issued against the RMA once void, and receipt of these goods will be refused. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SUITABLY PACKAGED. DAMAGED OR DEFACED ORIGINAL PACKAGING CANNOT BE CREDITED.
